Getting Started

What is MoShemale?

MoShemale is an inclusive platform dedicated to connecting individuals who appreciate and admire trans women (shemales), as well as providing adult content and community features for fans and creators.

How do I create an account?

Click on the Sign Up button in the top right corner. You must provide a valid email address, username, and password. After registering, confirm your email to activate your account.

Is MoShemale free to use?

We offer a free basic membership with limited access. Premium features—like private messaging, full video access, and profile customization—are available with a paid subscription.

Account & Profile

How do I update my profile?

Go to your profile by clicking on your avatar, then choose Edit Profile. You can update your photos, bio, interests, and more from there.

Can I remain anonymous?

Yes! You're free to use a nickname, and we never display your email publicly. Privacy is a top priority.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account Settings > Delete Account. Once deleted, your profile and all associated content will be permanently removed.

Subscriptions & Billing

How do I subscribe to Premium?

Go to the Upgrade page and choose a plan that works for you. We accept major credit cards and some digital payment methods.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use encrypted, third-party payment processors to ensure your billing details are safe.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel auto-renewal in your account settings. You’ll retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

Content & Community

What kind of content is allowed?

We support adult content within legal boundaries. All creators must be verified and 18+. We do not allow hate speech, illegal material, or non-consensual content of any kind.

Can I upload my content?

Yes! Verified users can become content creators and earn from subscribers and tips. Visit the Creator Portal to apply.

How do I report inappropriate behavior or content?

Click the Report button found on profiles, messages, or content. Our moderation team reviews all reports quickly and takes appropriate action.

Safety & Privacy

How do you protect user privacy?

We never sell or share your data. You can also control who sees your profile, block users, and adjust privacy settings at any time.

I received a suspicious message. What should I do?

Do not click on any links or share personal info. Use the Report button, and we’ll handle it from there.

Technical Issues

The site isn’t loading correctly. What can I do?

Try clearing your browser cache or switching to a different browser. If the issue persists, reach out to us through our Contact Support form.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Click on Forgot Password on the login page, and follow the instructions sent to your email.
